HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Oak Foods is a Colorado Springs food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
