HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Yarrow Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
