HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Mill Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 411 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
