HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
