HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Colorado Springs serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
