HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Loom Community Partners runs community programmes across Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
