HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
