HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Manufacturing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
