HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Drift Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
