HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners runs community programmes across Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
