HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Legal Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
