HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
