HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Loom Medical is a Cincinnati company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
