HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 653 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
