HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Summit Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
