HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
