HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ashton Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
