HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Meridian Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
