HR Business Partner - onboarding (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Chicago, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
