HR Business Partner - onboarding (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Energy Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
