HR Business Partner - onboarding (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Chicago. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
