HR Business Partner - onboarding (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Chicago region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
