HR Business Partner - onboarding (Chicago, IL)

Nova Drift Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
