HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
