HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rowan Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
