HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Wilder Financial serves customers across Charlotte with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 594 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
