HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Ridge Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
