HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Ember Water Authority Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
