HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Vale Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
