HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Charlotte area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
