HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Clear Health runs clinics and patient services around Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
