HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Charlotte with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
