HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Beacon Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Charleston plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
