HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Bright Kestrel Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
