HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Ridge Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
