HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
