HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Bright Fox Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
