HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Bright Rook Manufacturing is a Charleston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
