HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
