HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood Analytics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
