Northwind Cross Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
