HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Summit Beacon Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Charleston and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
