HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Summit Ventures is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
