HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Analytics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
