HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Juniper Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
