HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
