HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Bright Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
