HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Sable Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
