HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Birch Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
