HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
